TravelBusiness class airfare for lead guide + 1. Economy for supporting guides. All bookings minimum 2 weeks in advance.

Lodging4-star hotel minimum, private rooms. Check-in day before tour, checkout day after. Central location preferred.

Location ScoutLocal contact required for pre-tour location scout. Minimum 48 hours before first tour date.

Chess Equipment5 tournament-grade chess sets on site. Portable boards required for outdoor stops. Host city provides or reimburses.
📸
Photography SetupFor photo packages: dedicated photography time at key stops. No time limits on Brandon's shots. That's the deal.
🚗
Ground TransportSUV or sprinter van available for equipment and crew. Driver provided for non-walking segments.
🍽
MealsPer diem $150/day per guide. One group dinner at a local spot chosen by the host. No fast food.
💰
Payment50% deposit upon booking. Balance 7 days before tour date. Wire transfer or certified check only. No exceptions.

Minimum BookingInternational tours: 15 guests minimum. Domestic coming-soon cities: 10 guests minimum. Private groups negotiable.
